Warning to Parents: This Vaccine Linked to Sudden Infant Death…

By Dr. Mercola

The hepatitis B vaccine is given to U.S. infants at birth. But there is impressive evidence that for a preventive measure, hepatitis B vaccine is remarkable for the frequency, variety, and severity of complications from its use.

Hepatitis B vaccine has been shown in many peer-reviewed research papers to be associated with numerous infant deaths in the U.S. and Europe, multiple sclerosis and numerous chronic autoimmune disorders.

HELLER v. HHS Isaiah D. Jones

Under the Act, the onset of anaphylaxis must occur within four hours of vaccination for petitioner to prevail on a Table injury theory. Isaiah did not suffer an on-Table anaphylaxis, as Dr. McLaughlin suggests, because he did not have a systemic allergic response within four hours of vaccination.

Appeals court rejects autism vaccine link

By RANDOLPH E. SCHMID (AP) – Aug 27, 2010

WASHINGTON — A federal appeals court on Friday upheld a ruling that vaccines are not to blame for autism.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit upheld a decision last year by a special vaccine court, which concluded there's little if any evidence to support claims of a vaccine-autism link.

Scientist years ago reached that conclusion, but more than 5,500 families sought compensation through the government's Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Friday's ruling came in the case of Michelle Cedillo of Yuma, Ariz., who is disabled with autism, inflammatory bowel disease and other disorders that her parents blame on a measles vaccine given at 15 months.

US vaccine payout provokes confusion - September 11, 2010

The US Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) will pay over $1.5 million to the family of a child whose parents allege acquired autism after routine vaccinations in 2000. CBS called the payment to the family of Hannah Poling the “first court award in a vaccine-autism claim” (9 September 2010, CBS).

What is the vaccine court?

The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program was established in 1988. Through the program, known as the "vaccine court," people who believe they suffered injury as a result of compulsory childhood vaccines may petition the federal government for monetary damages. The claims are decided by the Office of Special Masters, a part of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Washington (CNN) -- A federal court ruled Friday that the evidence supporting an alleged causal link between autism and a mercury-containing preservative in vaccines is unpersuasive, and that the families of children diagnosed with autism are not entitled to compensation.
