A case against vaccinations - The Herald Journal: Opinion

To the editor:
The premise behind vaccination is that advance exposure to a disease prepares the body with a load of antibodies that will prevent the attacking disease germs from taking hold. However, there are problems associated with this protocol.

First, the disease germs must be grown in a medium, usually living tissue taken from an animal, and have been grown in monkey kidney, fetal calf blood, chick embryos, aborted human fetal lung, yeast, etc. In the past, African green monkey tissue was used, resulting in a transfer of monkey cytomegalovirus (CMV) to recipients of the vaccine. Today, vaccines are more often grown in aborted human fetal cells, releasing the DNA of the fetus into recipients, with new evidence showing this may cause the brain to attack its own cells.

Second, most vaccines contain molecules of diseased material modified with formaldehyde together with an adjuvant (usually aluminium phosphate) and a preservative (usually thimerosol, a mercury-based chemical especially damaging to children). Other vaccines may have genetically engineered or artificially fragmented active ingredients. Chemicals such as phenol or MSG may be found in some vaccines.

Third, our bodies have a “primary” and a “secondary” immune response; injections bypass the primary defense and can cause damage when the secondary defense cannot handle the toxins.

Fourth, everyone has different susceptibility to these foreign substances, which is not measured before administering the vaccine. Emerging evidence indicates that vaccines can damage a child’s developing immune system and brain, leading to life-threatening or debilitating disorders such as ADD, autism, cognitive disorders, and even SIDS (sudden infant death). Children reported exhibiting a “sudden change” after vaccination have tested positive on the VEGA bio-dermal screening for “vaccination stress.” And a 10-year study showed that the more flu vaccines you get, the more likely you are to get Alzheimer’s.

Fifth, the history of vaccinations shows that even as vaccines were administered, the targeted disease was often already on the decline — due to better sanitation or simply due to a fading of the germ strain — but credit was still given to the vaccine.

Sixth, actually having the disease provides longer-lasting immunity than the vaccine.

Professor Stewart of Glasgow University, UK, head of Community Medicine, concluded that risks of vaccination in newborn babies are as great as those of actually catching the disease itself; one study showed that 30 to 50 percent of vaccinated children got whooping cough anyway. Some vaccines have been discontinued in other countries because they don’t work any better than not having the vaccine. Holistic and alternative practitioners offer other treatments to halt or alleviate disease. Upwards of 25 vaccinations (a huge toxic load) are required by Utah schools, but waivers for medical or religious reasons are available.
