“The greatest crime in the history of humanity is underway”, warns Austrian investigative journalist Jane Burgermeister who recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials. She is charging them with bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder.
Bürgermeister has uncovered clear evidence that pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies are actively engaged in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most deadly bioweapons on earth. She claims the swine flu virus was created and released with help from the Rothschild/Rockefeller-controlled World Health Organisation (WHO) – the very body that declared it to be a pandemic.
The Swine Flu virus contains the original 1918 H1N1 flu virus, the avian flu virus (bird flu), and two new H3N2 virus genes from Eurasia. The U.S. news media is slowly admitting to the strange nature of the virus – even finally admitting that it is indeed a hybrid of pig, bird and human flu strains. However, they are still straining to explain how such an amalgamation of viruses came into being. In the April 30, 2009 issue of Nature, a virologist was quoted as saying, “Where the hell it got all these genes from we don’t know.” Debate continues to rage over evidence that the swine flu is a genetically engineered virus.
Flu is not the biggest danger…it’s the vaccine! In his July 2009 article ‘Vaccine May be Worse than the Swine Flu’, Dr. Russell Blaylock MD, PhD, wrote, “This is a very unusual kind of flu. It looks like it’s the product of gene splicing. The flu contains elements of the bird flu, two forms of human flu and various forms of swine flu.”
Celebrated author and lecturer, David Icke has been warning of what was coming for nearly 20 years. “It’s not ‘coming’ any more – it’s here!”, says Icke. “The swine flu virus was created in a laboratory to generate mass panic with the specific intention of forcing everyone to take the vaccine. If you concoct and release a virus and then implement a clearly long-planned mass vaccination program, there can be only one sensible conclusion: swine flu is not the biggest danger here – it’s the vaccine.”
According to Icke, the Swine Flu vaccine will target the human immune system. “As we see with the immune-destroyer we call AIDS, people don’t die of AIDS, they die of diseases the immune system would normally deal with.”
What’s in the Swine Flu vaccine?
Scientists have known for almost 80 years that squalene – the adjuvant that is added to the flu vaccine, and to many other recent hyped vaccines such as Gardasil – is guaranteed to destroy the immune system and to cause irreversible autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and lupus. So why is it being mandated to be injected into the entire population, starting with very young children and aboriginal peoples?
The military and federal health agencies have long kept their “squalene experiments” on U.S. military troops secret because they know that oil-based adjuvants wreak havoc with immune function, causing the body to attack itself. Investigative journalist, Gary Matsumoto has documented how federal and military officials were often caught lying about the squalene in military vaccines.
Squalene in vaccines has been strongly linked to the Gulf War Syndrome. On August 1991, Anthony Principi, Secretary of Veterans Affairs admitted that soldiers vaccinated with the anthrax vaccine from 1990 to 1991 had an increased risk of 200 percent in developing the deadly disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also called Lou Gehrig’s disease. The soldiers also suffered from a number of debilitating and life-shortening diseases. Because squalene can induce hyper-immune responses and induce autoimmunity, a real danger exists for prolonged activation of the brain’s immune cells associated with multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, ALS and possibly vaccine-related encephalitis.
Most flu vaccines contain dangerous levels of mercury in the form of thimerosal, a deadly preservative 50 times more toxic than mercury itself. At high enough doses, it can cause long-term immune, sensory, neurological, motor, and behavioral dysfunctions. Also associated with mercury poisoning are autism, attention deficit disorder, multiple sclerosis, and speech and language deficiencies. The Institute of Medicine has warned that infants, children, and pregnant women should not be injected with thimerosal, yet the majority of flu shots contain 25 micrograms of it.
What most people don’t know including the doctors who recommend the vaccines, is that pharmaceutical companies observe the patients for only one to two weeks following vaccination. Reactions may take months or even years to manifest. The vaccine manufacturers stand to make billions of dollars in profits from this WHO/government-promoted pandemic.

Wayne Madsen, a former US Naval Intelligence officer turned investigative journalist supports Jane Bürgermeister’s evidence of an engineered flu pandemic. Madsen reveals that a top United Nations scientist concluded that the H1N1 swine flu virus has certain transmission ‘vectors’ suggesting that the new flu strain has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon. The UN expert believed that Ebola, HIV/AIDS, and the current A-H1N1 swine flu virus are all biological warfare agents.
“Past swine flu outbreaks have been spread from pigs to humans, who then passed the flu on to other humans. However, with A-H1N1, there have been no reported infections of pigs. In fact, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), A-H1N1 has gene segments from North American swine, bird and human flu strains and a segment from Eurasian swine flu, says Madesen.
Madsen’s sources confirm that the Centers for Disease Control and the US army recovered the body of an Inuit woman who died in 1918 in Brevig Mission, Alaska, from an outbreak of Spanish flu that killed 100 million people worldwide in 18 months.
Madsen was told that genetic material from the corpse provided the basis for the development of the H5N1 avian, or ‘bird flu’, strain at the US Army Medical Institute of Infectious Diseases laboratory at Fort Detrick, Maryland. This government lab was the origin of the anthrax attacks on US Congress and media targets shortly after September 11th in 2001.
On July 27, 2009, the World Health Organization warned that the swine flu vaccine “may be unsafe”. Although plans to fast-track the swine flu vaccine in Britain came under fire from World Health Organization chiefs, more than 132 million doses have already been ordered. Dr Keiji Fukuda, the WHO’s flu chief, warned about the potential dangers of the untested vaccine. The European Medicines Agency, the drug regulatory body for the EU, is accelerating the approval process for the vaccine, allowing firms to bypass large-scale human trials.
The 1976 Swine Flu – what happened?
In 1976, U.S. President Gerald Ford was told by his health advisors that there was going to be a huge epidemic of ‘Swine Flu’ and that the only way to prevent the epidemic was to vaccinate the entire population of America. People were dropping dead in the buildings where they received their shots. Others became paralyzed. Dr. Anthony J. Morris, Chief Vaccine Control Officer of the Food and Drug Administration and Virologist was fired for expressing his concerns!
The 1976 Swine Flu scare began with the death of an Army recruit at Fort Dix in New Jersey which the government said was caused by ’swine flu’. The CDC assured everyone that the swine flu vaccine was perfectly safe. The government instigated a vaccination program for all Americans supported by a campaign of outrageous propaganda based on terrifying people. At least 25 people were killed by the vaccine itself and hundreds were seriously harmed while the Fort Dix recruit was the only death from swine flu.
Over a thousand cases of paralysis were reported and seven times more disease occurred among the vaccinated soldiers than among unvaccinated civilians. We are now heading for a re-run on a vastly bigger scale.
The fake swine flu scare of 1976 was a trial-run for what is happening today, says David Icke. The events are planned in advance. “I am not saying that people will die in large numbers immediately. This is certainly possible, but it would hardly encourage others to continue to be inoculated. The effects may be immediate in some, probably medium or longer-term in most, to hide the true source of their problem. We are seeing a long-prepared plan for mass vaccination by people who could care less about the health of the population.”
WHO’S behind the Swine Flu pandemic?
Who are the manufacturers that are competing to produce the vaccine? The main contenders are Baxter Pharmaceuticals and the scandal-ridden Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Both have agreements with the World Health Organization (WHO) to produce a pandemic vaccine.
The Baxter Company has been associated with two deadly scandals. The first occurred in 2006 when hemophiliac components were contaminated with HIV virus and injected into tens of thousands of people, including thousands of children. Baxter continued to release the HIV contaminated vaccine even after the contamination was known. Baxter also released a seasonal flu vaccine containing the bird flu virus to 18 countries, which would have produced a world pandemic if lab workers in the Czech Republic hadn’t blown the whistle. Despite these two deadly events, WHO maintains an agreement with Baxter Pharmaceuticals to produce the world’s swine fu pandemic vaccine.
Last year, 81 people were killed by Baxter International’s contaminated blood-thinning product, heparin, which was made in China from pig intestines. The contaminated heparin also seriously injured hundreds of people. The factory of Baxter’s Chinese supplier had never been inspected by either American or Chinese public ‘protection’ agencies. More than 50 dialysis patients died in 2001 because of faults with Baxter International equipment. Baxter Healthcare Corporation, a subsidiary of Baxter International, reached an out-of-court settlement of two million dollars with the State of Kentucky after it was caught inflating the cost of intravenous drugs sold to Kentucky Medicaid by 1,300 per cent.
Baxter filed Swine Flu vaccine patent number US20090060950A1 on August 28, 2008 – a year ahead of the outbreak. Baxter is a major source of the swine flu vaccine that governments around the world intend to release to entire populations with minimal safety checks. The vaccine is being fast-tracked through the regulatory system with safety trials lasting less than one week!
Novartis International AG, a maker of the new pandemic vaccine, recently announced that they would not give free vaccines to impoverished nations – everybody must pay. Novartis is the world’s largest, multi-national pharmaceutical company with over $53 billion USD revenue generated in 2008. Its headquarters are in Basel, Switzerland, home of the vaunted “Swiss Guards” who provide security for the Vatican and the Club of Rome. If you dig deep into Novartis International AG’s long history, it began as a component of the infamous I.G. Farben, which was primarily responsible for the rise of
Adolph Hitler and the Third Reich.
If you dig even deeper, you find that Novartis also wholly owns a company called Sandoz – which was the inventor of LSD and other hallucinogenic “truth” drugs, and was the supplier of LSD to the CIA allowing them to scale new heights with their covert “MK ULTRA” mind control experiments.
Documents released to U.S. Congressional investigators in 1977 show that Sandoz Labs had arranged for certain Nazi scientists to assume new identities in the CIA at the end of WWII. This was accomplished under a secret program called “Operation Paper Clip”.
Novartis owned much of the stock in Chiron Inc. – the world’s second-largest influenza vaccine manufacturer. By 2003, sales nearly doubled, peaking at a whopping $678 million mostly due to the marketing and sale of flu vaccine contracts to the federal government. Disaster struck in 2004 and stock values plummeted with news that the entire year’s stock of flu vaccine was found to be contaminated and was condemned.
With their stock at a historic low, Novartis purchased the remainder of Chiron’s stock and began working on cornering the pandemic flu vaccine market! They knew, quite magically, it would soon be in worldwide demand.
Daniel Vasella, the Chief executive at Novartis, is a regular attendee of the secretive Bilderberg meetings that David Icke has long exposed in his books. The Bilderberg Group, named in Jane Bürgermeister’s FBI submission, was created by the Rothschild ‘bankster” dynasty and has been run for decades by insiders like David Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger. “The Rothschild and Rockefeller dynasties (same bloodline) are fundamentally involved in this, as I have long exposed”, says Icke, “and they dominate pharmaceutical medicine and government ‘health’ policy worldwide.”
The Bilderberg Group answers to the British secret society called the Round Table. This was first headed by Rothschild agent, Cecil Rhodes, who plundered South Africa.
Vasella attended the Bilderberg meeting in May, 2009, just as the swine flu scare exploded onto the air waves. Like pulling a rabbit out of a hat, Vasella’s company magically came up with the timely vaccine.
Criminal timeline
The criminal timeline for today’s planned Swine Flu pandemic began in 1997 when Dr. Jeffrey Taubenberger assembled a team of geneticists and microbiologists to analyze the genome structure and then REPRODUCED one of the most deadly viral structures of the 1918 killer flu virus. According to numerous published stories and reports, Taubenberger and his team utilized super-computers to map the complex RNA and DNA structures of the killer virus, then utilized human plasmids to successfully re-create the 1918 killer virus.
Taubenberger completed his work in early 2005, then left the employ of the U.S. Army at Ft. Detrick to take a more lucrative position with the National Institutes of Health. His new focus was to create a VACCINE against the very same 1918 killer flu that he and his team had just created using “reverse engineering”.
American citizens are told that the pandemic viral outbreak is totally a “natural” occurrence. If that were true, how could Novartis possess the advance knowledge to develop a PERFECTLY TIMED vaccine that would generate billions in revenue from worldwide government contracts? David Icke contends that Novartis Pharmaceuticals conspired with corrupt “scientists” at the U.S. Army Institute of Pathology – Ft. Detrick, Maryland, to create a “novel” strain of weaponized “influenza” virus using “reverse engineering” of the deadly 1918 killer flu strain.
Novartis applied for a patent on Nov. 4, 2005 and the U.S. Patent Office accepted this application and granted US20090047353A1 for a ‘Split influenza Vaccine with Adjuvants’ on Feb. 19,2009, T. Ott PhD. Instead of curtailing and limiting the swine flu outbreak, the Novartis vaccine is designed to facilitate further mutation of the pandemic into a more lethal, increasingly virulent deadly disease. Novartis is facilitating the edicts of the global elite’s Club of Rome which call for a massive depopulation of certain segments of the human population.
The mass vaccination order comes from the World Health Organization (WHO). In early July 2009, a group of vaccination experts concluded that the H1N1 swine flu pandemic is unstoppable. Marie-Paul Kieny, WHO director of vaccine research said all nations will need access to vaccines and that a vaccine should be available as early as September, 2009.
Drug companies are protected
In a document signed by President Barack Obama’s Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, vaccine makers have been granted total legal immunity from any lawsuits that may result from any new swine flu vaccine. Some states may make the vaccination mandatory by law.Under federal legislation passed by Congress since 2001, an Emergency Use Authorization allows drug companies, health officials and anyone administering experimental vaccines to Americans during a declared public health emergency to be protected from liability if people get injured.
The media has been reporting that the drug companies and the World Health Organization are working at fever pitch to develop a vaccine for the ‘new’ H1N1 swine flu. Baxter International filed a patent for the vaccine on August 28th 2008. (Patent Application US 2009/0060950 A1). The patent was published in March 2009, one month before the virus was released in Mexico in April. The application had been filed seven months before this ‘new strain’ was even officially known about! This is the most blatant “set-up” you could ever imagine, says Icke.
The evidence that the Novartis-controlled “Pandemic Vaccine” is a tool of mass genocide is too frightening for many to consider. Why would a company want to kill off their customers? As Henry Kissinger’s “NSSM-200″ report outlines, the “spoils” of genocide include controlling large tracts of land and mineral assets. This is secondary to the warped dream of the bankster elite to create a Utopian New World Order for themselves.
Depopulation and culling the masses
In September of 2007, David Hodges interviewed Dr. Lorraine Day about the evils of the present medical system. She is the former Orthopedic Chief of Staff at San Francisco General Hospital and wife of retired Congressman Bill Dannemeyer. Dr. Day dropped a bombshell at the conclusion of the interview when she unabashedly stated that the global elite want to murder 95% of the population. Hodges rejected her statement as a gross exaggeration.
In April of 2009, Hodges interviewed medical researcher-author, Patrick Jordan, and Dr. Rebecca Carley at the beginning of the swine flu outbreak. Both guests made similar claims about an intentional depopulation program by the global elite. Dr. Carley and Patrick Jordan pointed to the H1N1 flu vaccine claiming it would be the primary catalyst in depopulating the world and that the cure would be far worse than the disease.
Patrick Jordan’s research uncovers a three-vaccine system that the elite have developed. The first inoculation turns off white blood cells (the immune system); the second injects viruses; and the third switches the immune system on again. In the middle period, viruses are expanding around the body, but the person doesn’t feel sick because the immune system is not fighting them. When the immune system kicks in again, it unleashes such an assault on the virus cocktail that it kills the body. This is known as a cytokine storm when the immune system is so overwhelmed that it sends too many antibodies at the same time to infected areas of the body and the body kills itself.
The World Health Organization has asked for live swine flu virus to be in the vaccine and it is quite possible that they will expand and increase the strength of the virus through the vaccine. The WHO website says: ‘In view of the anticipated limited vaccine availability at global level and the potential need to protect against “drifted” strains of virus, SAGE recommended that promoting production and use of vaccines such as those that are formulated with oil-in-water adjuvants and live attenuated influenza vaccines was important.’
The WHO advisory board on vaccination policy includes executives from Baxter and Novartis. Baxter International said it will be shipping swine flu vaccine worldwide by the end of July and the potential profits are fantastic; but it’s not primarily about money. It’s about a long-planned mass-culling of the human population and the microchipping of every man, woman and child. In 1997, a CIA scientist told David Icke that microchips developed in the secret government-military research projects were then small enough to be injected by hypodermic needles in vaccination programs. With nanotechnology, no one would know. Computer technology communicating with the chips has the potential to manipulate people mentally, emotionally and physically. This could be done en masse or individually through the chip’s unique transmitter-receiver signal.
Over the past decades, vaccines have been used, not as a health measure, particularly for the Third World, but as a DELIVERY SYSTEM for a “depopulation agenda” aimed at controlling and reducing their populations through disease and by reducing their ability to reproduce children. This diabolical agenda has always been carried out covertly, under the umbrella of “Public Health”. The H1N1 is a genetically engineered laboratory concoction and the related vaccine is a concoction of chemicals known to have dangerous and destructive properties far more dangerous than the Flu itself. The mandatory vaccination of every man, woman and child on the face of the planet with a fast-tracked, untested vaccine has an agenda unrelated to “health” or “protective prevention”. The monopolized media is working very hard at propagandizing the belief that VACCINES are necessary and beneficial, and have categorically refused to examine the trail of health destruction that has followed in the wake of this policy.
The ability of governments or agencies at any level to mandate the right to inject toxic chemicals into the body of citizens is the “ultimate assault on the human body and on personal rights and jurisdiction over ones body.” Such decrees literally state that your body BELONGS TO THE STATE and that these governing agencies can do whatever they wish, whenever they wish to your body. The ability to “inject by mandate” gives them complete control over the life and death of citizens. The bioengineered H1N1 pandemic has elevated this issue to a whole new level of urgency. Citizens collectively, have never faced a more serious issue.
Human Target Groups
The US Departments of Health and Homeland Security declared a national public health emergency in April soon after the swine flu outbreak. As a result, some schools were closed, people quarantined, and drug companies were given contracts worth $7 billon to make vaccines that are being fast tracked by the Food and Drugs Administration. That means they will only be tested for a few weeks on several hundred children and adult volunteers before being given to all school children this fall.
The H1N1 swine flu vaccine will be a separate vaccine from the regular, annual flu shot. People will require two jabs, and possibly three. First to receive the vaccine injections would be pregnant women, next would come health care workers and first responders who have direct contact with patients, then children 6 months to 4 years old, and kids 4 to 19 years old with medical conditions that put them at risk of severe flu disease. There are about 42 million Americans in these groups. The US government is intending to vaccinate all children in September when school re-opens.
Co-founder and president of NVIC, Barbara Loe Fisher said, “Parents and legislators should be asking themselves, “Why are children the first to get experimental swine flu vaccines? Are schools equipped to get signed informed consent from parents before vaccination, keep accurate vaccination records and screen out children biologically at high risk for suffering vaccine reactions? Will people giving these vaccines know how to monitor children afterwards and immediately record, report and treat serious health problems that develop? Will states have the financial resources to compensate children who are injured?”
Canada announced it has enough vaccine for the entire population of Canada. Five-to-40-year-olds and Canada’s aboriginal communities will be the first to get vaccinated and there will be TWO doses for everybody. Why did Canada purchase enough for everybody when normally, less than 50% take a shot voluntarily? Are they planning to make the vaccine mandatory?
Despite doomsday predictions of massive numbers of deaths from the swine flu, the virus has remained relatively mild and does not warrant a draconian government policy. The outbreak of swine flu that occurred in Mexico last spring affected 4,910 Mexican citizens and resulted in 85 deaths. By the time it spread to the United States, the virus caused only mild cases of flu-like illness. Air travel and the failure of public health officials to control travel from Mexico caused the virus to spread worldwide.
The vaccine programs are a gigantic multi-billion dollar moneymaking enterprise in the process of implementing a depopulation agenda that goes back many decades. “These criminal secret agendas” are implemented using the United Nations and its agencies, like the World Health Organization, as a front for running camouflaged covert operations. “All this will sound way out in the Twilight Zone to those new to this sort of information”, says David Icke, “but what they need to understand is that these Illuminati families are utterly insane. They don’t think like most of the rest of us so you can’t judge what they would do by what you would do.”
Police state
The U.S. is providing $1 billion to hire police to help with (enforce) the vaccine program. The money comes from the stimulus bill – the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. According to a CNN report, the U.S. military will be brought in if there is a significant swine flu outbreak this fall, stoking fears that the pandemic, which has claimed relatively few lives so far, will be used as an excuse to implement martial law and a mandatory vaccination program. “The plan calls for military task forces to work in conjunction with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. One source said it would likely include personnel from all branches of the military.
The news that troops are being prepared to work with FEMA in the event of a swine flu pandemic has increased fears that the government is preparing to enforce a mandatory vaccination program – at gunpoint if necessary. State health authorities have already confirmed that if the government were to announce a mandatory vaccination program, then there would be no exemptions whatsoever and the program could be carried out with the use of force if necessary.
As reported by CNS News, a health-care reform bill called The Affordable Health Choices Act, was approved by the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee. It will fund the creation of state “intervention” teams that will carry out home visits in order to check that both children and adults have been vaccinated and also provide “provision of immunizations”. “Home visits? What exactly is the state going to do when it sends people to “implement interventions” in private homes designed “to improve immunization coverage of children”? asks the CNS report.
There can be little doubt that many Americans will call upon their second amendment rights and resort to using force to protect themselves and their children if the government attempts to forcibly impose a mass vaccination program. This is why the assistance of military personnel may be necessary to subdue potential resistors in the event of mandatory quarantines and inoculations.The last time the national guard and military worked with FEMA and local law enforcement on a large scale in the United States was during Hurricane Katrina, when they aided in the confiscation of privately owned firearms of citizens, even those who lived in the high and dry areas and were unaffected by the hurricane.
The Rockefeller-dominated Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in the United States have said that children who have never had a flu ’shot’ may need to be vaccinated four times in the Autumn – twice for seasonal flu and twice for swine flu. Other children will get three shots – note the three, given Patrick Jordan’s information. Rothschild-Rockfeller’s front-man, Barack Obama, has demanded that his ‘health reform’ bill is passed into law by August, just ahead of mass vaccination. The bill authorizes the
Orwellian ‘demonstration program to improve immunization coverage’. The bill says:
‘Under this program, CDC will provide grants to states to improve immunization coverage of children, adolescents, and adults through the use of evidence-based interventions. States may use funds to implement interventions that are recommended by the Community Preventive Services Task Force, such as reminders or recalls for patients or providers, or home visits.’
Interventions’? Home visits? This is one step away from immunizing your children by force or having you arrested for refusing to comply, warns Icke. World Health Organisation ‘recommendations’ are binding on its nearly 200 member countries when a pandemic emergency is declared under the International Health Regulations Act of 2005 and WHO pandemic plan of April this year. Margaret Chan, the WHO Director General has already declared a swine flu pandemic when there wasn’t one – so these emergency powers would be activated. Chan (a lackey of the Rothschild-Rockefeller cabal) is going to be recommending compulsory vaccination. She’s done it already.
Scared to death
The media is reporting the dangers of a massive increase in swine flu in the autumn and that is now their target for mass vaccination to really get moving. The virus could become more deadly in the same period because they may well be planning to increase the numbers who die from swine flu to generate more panic and demand that the population be vaccinated.
In his article, “More Panic Than Pandemic”, Hugh Pennington says Health departments in the UK have reverted to the traditional method of counting the consultations of patients with their GP about their flu-like symptoms. The system relies on reports fed into statistical formula to work out the total number of “flu” cases across the country. That’s how estimates of 100,000 cases of Swine Flu in the UK have been generated.
“This is not about public health and never was,” says Icke. “The scale and speed of the planned vaccination programme is insane given that the overwhelming majority of those who have contracted the virus have had very mild symptoms. The symptoms of ’swine flu’ at present are pretty much the same as regular flu and it is easy to call everything ’swine flu’ to increase the official numbers. ‘Normal flu’ kills hundreds of thousands of people a year worldwide.”

Where’s the evidence?
Austrian investigative journalist Jane Burgermeister has produced evidence of acts of bioterrorism that is in violation of U.S. law by a group operating within the U.S. under the direction of international bankers who control the Federal Reserve, as well as WHO, the UN and NATO. The charges contend that these defendants have developed, produced, stockpiled and employed biological weapons to eliminate the population of the U.S. and other countries for financial and political gain. Specifically, evidence is presented that the defendants conspired with each other and others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis. They did this by bioengineering and then releasing lethal biological agents, specifically the “bird flu” virus and the “swine flu virus” in order to have a pretext to implement a forced mass vaccination program which would be the means of administering a toxic biological agent to cause death and injury to the people of the U.S. This action is in direct violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act.
Burgermeister’s charges include evidence that Baxter AG, Austrian subsidiary of Baxter International, deliberately sent out 72 kilos of live bird flu virus, supplied by the WHO in the winter of 2009 to 16 laboratories in four counties. She claims this evidence offers clear proof that the pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies themselves are actively engaged in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most deadly bioweapons on earth in order to trigger a pandemic and cause mass death. In her April charges, she noted that Baxter’s lab in Austria, one of the supposedly most secure biosecurity labs in the world, did not adhere to the most basic and essential steps to keep 72 kilos of a pathogen classified as a bioweapon secure and separate from all other substances under stringent biosecurity level regulations, but it allowed it to be mixed with the ordinary human flu virus and sent from its facilities in Orth in the Donau.
Burgermeister’s dossier reveals that the release of the virus was to be an essential step for triggering a pandemic that would allow the WHO to declare a Level 6 Pandemic. She lists the laws and decrees that would allow the UN and WHO to take over the United States in the event of pandemic. In addition, legislation requiring compliance with mandatory vaccinations would be put into force in the U.S. under conditions of pandemic declaration.
Burgermeister charges that the entire “swine flu” pandemic business is premised on a massive lie that there is no natural virus out there that poses a threat to the population. In addition, the symptoms of the supposed “swine flu” are indistinguishable from regular flu or from the common cold. The “swine flu” does not cause death anymore often than the regular flu causes death.
The figures for deaths reported for the “swine flu” are inconsistent and there is no clarity as to how the number of “deaths” has been documented, notes Burgermeister. There is no pandemic potential unless mass vaccinations are carried out to weaponize the flu under the guise of protecting the population. There are reasonable grounds for believing that the mandatory vaccines will be purposely contaminated with diseases that are specifically designed to cause death.
Burgermeister alleges that the same complex of international pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies that have developed and released pandemic material have positioned themselves to profit from triggering the pandemic with contracts to supply vaccines. Media is controlled by the group that is engineering the “swine flu” agenda and is spreading misinformation to lull the people of the U.S. into taking the dangerous vaccine.
The people of the U.S. will suffer substantial and irreparable harm and injury if they are forced to take this unproven vaccine without their consent in accordance with the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, National Emergency Act, National Security Presidential Directive/NSPD 51, Homeland Security Presidential Directive/HSPD-20, and the International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza.
In the U.S. since 2008, Burgermeister charges that those named in her allegations have implemented new and/or accelerated the implementation of laws and regulations designed to strip the citizens of the U.S. of their lawful constitutional rights to refuse an injection. These people have created or allowed provisions to remain in place that make it a criminal act to refuse to take an injection against pandemic viruses. They have imposed other excessive and cruel penalties such as imprisonment and/or quarantine in FEMA camps while barring the citizens of the U.S. from claiming compensation from injury or death from the forced injections. This is in violation of the laws governing federal corruption and the abuse of office as well as of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Through these actions, the named defendants have laid the groundwork for mass genocide.
Using the “swine flu” as a pretext, the defendants have preplanned the mass murder of the U.S. population by means of forced vaccination. They have installed an extensive network of FEMA concentration camps and identified mass grave sites, and they have been involved in devising and implementing a scheme to hand power over the U.S. to an international crime syndicate that uses the UN and WHO as a front for illegal racketeering influenced organized crime activities, in violation of the laws that govern treason.
Burgermeister further charges that the complex of pharmaceutical companies consisting of Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi Aventis are part of a foreign-based dual purpose bioweapons program, financed by this international criminal syndicate and designed to implement mass murder to reduce the world’s population by more than 5 billion people in the next ten years. Their plan is to spread terror to justify forcing people to give up their rights, and to force mass quarantine in FEMA camps. The houses, companies and farms and lands of those who are killed will be up for grabs by this syndicate.
By eliminating the population of North America, the international elite gain access to the region’s natural resources such as water and undeveloped oil lands. And by eliminating the U.S. and its democratic constitution by subsuming it under a North American Union, the international crime group will have total control over North America.
“The media is keeping Americans clueless about the threat they are under”, says Burgermeister. In her view, control of the media by the ruling elite has allowed the world crime syndicate to further its agenda unabated while the rest of the people remain in the dark about what is really going on. Her charges are an attempt to get around this media control and bring the truth to light.
Her greatest concern is that “in spite of the fact Baxter has been caught red handed nearly triggering a pandemic, they are also moving ahead, together with allied pharma companies, with supplying the vaccine for pandemics.” Baxter is hurrying to get this vaccine to market.

Jane Burgermeister is a dual Irish/Austrian who has written for Nature, the British Medical Journal, and American Prospect. She is the European Correspondent of the Renewable Energy World website. She has written extensively about climate change, biotechnology, and the ecology. In addition to the charges currently under investigation that she filed against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology in April, she has filed charges against WHO and Baxter among others concerning a case of exploding “swine flu” vials meant for a research lab on a busy IC train in Switzerland.
Feeding the Cancer industry
In 1987, Dr. Hilleman, head of all vaccine production of Merck Pharmaceuticals stunned the world with his public admissions that the mass vaccination campaigns of the 1950s and ’60s likely caused thousands of cancer deaths each year. This was due to the presence of a cancer-causing virus that contaminated the first polio vaccine, according to Dr. Hilleman. Known as SV40, the virus originated from dead monkeys whose kidney cells were used to culture the first Salk vaccines.
Doctors estimate that the SV40 virus was injected into tens of millions during the vaccination campaigns, including several million in Canada, before being detected and screened out in 1963. Those born between 1941 and 1961 are thought to be most at risk of having been infected with SV40, and are estimated to have a 300% greater chance of developing cancer. According to Hilleman, Merck knew the vaccines were infected with SV40, but distributed them anyway. Research doctors in New Orleans reported in 1963 that a percentage of the Salk polio vaccines were found to have attenuated, (live) viruses, which actually CAUSED tens of thousands of polio cases during the 1950’s.
Following Operation Desert Storm, hundreds of thousands of American troops were suddenly stricken with a wide variety of auto-immune disorders that doctors named the Gulf War Syndrome, (GWS). After a decade of medical investigation, the culprit was finally determined to be an ingredient in the anthrax vaccinations mandatorily given to the troops. This offending “adjuvant” is the synthetic material squalene, an oil-in-water adjuvant. Gary Matsumoto documents this entire, tragic saga in his book, “Vaccine-A”.
Understanding these historical facts is very important for one good reason – those that ignore history are doomed to repeat it. The historical record is clear – attenuated, live viruses in vaccines spread the disease very effectively. When combined with squalene adjuvant – the virus becomes many times more potent and lethal. When given to CHILDREN IN SCHOOLS, millions will be spreading the disease exponentially.
The Novartis patent for the “novel pandemic flu” chillingly declares on page 3, that “African green monkey kidney cells” will be used for the “viral growth substrate” (the carrier medium). On page 8, the “oil-in-water” squalene-based adjuvants will also be included. Most incredible of all, because this is a “recombinant” and “novel” split vaccine, it is deemed necessary to include fragments of attenuated viruses (live pathogens) in the vaccine medium.
On July 13, 2009, the W.H.O. sanctioned this lunacy by declaring: “In view of the anticipated limited vaccine availability at global level and the potential need to protect against “drifted” strains of virus, it is recommended that promoting production and use of vaccines such as those that are formulated with oil-in-water adjuvants and live attenuated influenza vaccines is important.”
It is further evident that Novartis’ patent provides for “influenza vaccine kits” to be provided to other pharmaceutical manufacturers as well. These “kits” are the basic raw ingredients needed for other companies to build their own vaccines under their own label. Novartis today has carte blanche blanket immunity for their actions and any large pharmaceutical company who so desires, can join them at the feeding troughs just by paying millions for their “kits”. If this isn’t the mother of criminality, what is?

Influenza viruses are thought to spread from person to person in respiratory droplets from coughs and sneezes. This can happen when droplets from a cough or sneeze of an infected person are propelled through the air and deposited on the mouth or nose or ears of people nearby. Influenza viruses may also be spread when a person touches respiratory droplets on another person’s hands or body or on an object and then touches their own mouth or nose or ears (or someone else’s mouth or nose or ears) before washing their hands.
